Role purpose

We are seeking an Improvement Manager for the Each Baby Counts: Learn & Support Programme based in our Clinical Quality Department. You will be lead on providing a safety, programme/project, and quality improvement expert advice and guidance to the Local Development Leads, including practical hands on support to develop improvement capability. You will build the capability of others through role modelling best practice, developing and disseminating coaching materials and ensuring all work provides evidence of outcomes and impact. Clinical leadership is central to the programme and you will be expected to model a collaborative and influencing style of working, sharing best practice and advocating a culture of safety and improvement to achieve the best outcomes.
